Cosco (India) Ltd. is an Indian Sports Equipment Manufacturer based in Delhi. Cosco makes equipment for many sports, among them Basketball, Football, Volleyball, Handball, Cricket, Tennis, Rackets, Table Tennis, Skates as well as Fitness Equipments. The company incorporated or came into existence on 25 January 1980 under The Companies Act 1956. The company was a sister company of Enkay India Rubber Company Pvt Ltd, which is also engaged in producing sports products for a number of years. It was a private company until 15 March 1994 after which the company was transformed into a Public Company. After incorporation of the company it took over the partnership Firm Coronation Sportingball Co., which started operating in 1976 and was engaged in the production of Sporting Balls. The company's shares are issued in India's BSE Ltd.) The company is also associated with The World Federation Of The Sporting Good Industry, The Sport Goods Export Promotion Council and with The Sports Goods Foundation Of India.
